Unless otherwise explicitly indicated on the Site, the Site and all content and materials therein—including, without limitation, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, text, graphics, photos, data, software, sound files, video clips, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Site Materials”)—are the proprietary property of SP, its network, licensors, or users, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Subject to your strict compliance with these Site Terms, SP grants you a limited, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable license to access, display, copy, print, and download the Site Materials for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you do not modify the materials and retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the license granted herein. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials. You may not, without prior written permission from SP, “mirror” any material contained on this Site on any other server.
